Broad and Cassel, Attorneys at Law to host Industry Panel Discussion, 03 Nov 10–Free Event

Broad and Cassel, Attorneys at Law is partnering with NCS to host a FREE event for all members and non-members of NCS on Wednesday, November 3^rd at the UCF Fairwinds Alumni Center.  The title of this event is Creating, Protecting and Realizing Your Company’s Value.  There is no charge to attend or for parking (see directions for parking in Garage D below).   Doug Starcher, Partner, Broad and Cassel, will be moderating such topics as:

• Little Known/ Used Financing Sources
• Current Tax and Financial Reporting Issues
• Intellectual Property Protection and Risk
• Positioning to Sell and Cashing Out
• Preserving the Owners Value.
