An Orlando-based tech manufacturer Ocean Optics Inc., which does business as Ocean Insight, will hire 100 local workers by 2023, the Orlando Economic Partnership announced Dec. 16. The optical sensor manufacturer’s growth spurt follows a move into a new headquarters in Central Florida Research Park.
