Community One Step Closer to Acquiring Next Partnership Office Building

Through NCS Leadership the Simulation Community is one step closer to acquiring another Partnership Office Building in order to move our Team Orlando Federal Workforce out of high cost leased space in the Research Park.  Due to overcrowding at Naval Support Activity Orlando, a number of tenant organizations must rely on 200,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space.  Partnership IV and soon to be IVb  will eliminate that requirement and reduce their cost of occupancy in the Research Park by nearly 80%.  Community Leaders are convinced this effort will mitigate any adverse action during the next round of Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC).
