Congratulations to Lyn Higgins!  Lyn is the Fall 2016 Vince and Beth Amico Scholarship Award winner.  He will be attending the University of Central Florida as part of the UCF Modeling and Simulation Graduate Program.  Presenting Lyn with the check for $2,500 is Lt. Gen. (Ret) Thomas L. Baptiste, President & CEO, National Center for Simulation (NCS).
