DOD, Others Seek To Clarify Small-Biz Contracting Rules

Attached is an article about DoD plans to require small business set-asides for research and development contracts courtesy of Kinburg & Associates, LLC.  Also attached is the proposed rule.  Companies have until Oct 9, 2012 to submit comments in support of this rule.
