VerdeGo Aero was founded to provide technologies to electrify both civilian and defense aircraft. The company’s hardware enables hybrid-electric aircraft by using both electric motors and sustainable liquid fuels, sometimes considered competing methods to making aircraft more sustainable.
The company of roughly 20 people already has begun its search for the first five positions it wants to add. By early next year, it’s likely VerdeGo Aero will have added 15 people to its team, including both technical and commercial roles, Bartsch said.
