Seminole State offers fast-paced training in project management, public safety, graphic design, IT and business. The program began with 189 students in fall 2020 and has since grown to more than 300, said Cheryl Cicotti, associate vice president of the Seminole State School of Business, Health and Public Safety.

The urgent need for essential workers in many fields was highlighted as some companies got even busier during the pandemic, Cicotti told OBJ. “From health to public safety, business, computer technology and vocational trades, students are seeking out these types of programs as a direct response to Covid.”
