Orlando, Florida provided the perfect backdrop to bring together all six Tech Bridge locations for a quarterly summit, including the newest member, Palmetto Tech Bridge. The event also brought in participants from Office of Naval Research, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Carderock, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Naval Post Graduate School, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) N7 and 2nd Fleet. Even better the teams were able to collaborate on site at I/ITSEC, the worlds largest modeling, simulation, & training event. It was perfect place to get hands on experience with amazing technology and talk with the companies about working with the Navy and Marine Corps. As hosts for this event, the team from Central Florida Tech Bridge pulled out all the stops including a panel discussion on hashtag#agile Acquisitions and a deep dive into how team Orlando has developed their ecosystem from NAWC-TSD Commanding Officer, CAPT “Octa” Hill.
