The NTSA Training 2015 Report is now available on the NTSA website – – for FREE.

Available reports include: Air Force, Navy, Joint Training, Congress, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy, and Department of Transportation.

In 2010, the National Training and Simulation Association (NTSA) commissioned a team of training experts drawn from its member companies to produce the Training 2015 Report.

The project team was divided into target groups to facilitate the broadest possible survey of the military services, joint and special forces training, Congress, the Department of Homeland Security, and other government agencies and departments.

The team met with high-level officials and conducted face-to-face interviews and on-site evaluations to compile a comprehensive assessment of future training needs.  The information and data contained in this report is based on discussions with responsible officials regarding requirements and associated planning, as well as programming and budgeting data. In-depth interviews and detailed analyses were used to define technological advances in training and sought to identify major trends shaping the training requirements in the decade ahead.

Topics covered include:

•           Forecasts for growth

•           Requirements and trends

•           Outlook for military budgets for training and simulation

•           Key training and simulation program details

•           What’s ahead in vocational training and education programs

•           Training organizations

The resulting NTSA Training 2015 is filled with valuable information that we are proud to make available to you, free of charge.
