This year’s theme is “Meeting the Warfighters’ Full Spectrum Operations Challenge.” Our forces are transitioning from focusing on Counter Insurgency (COIN) Operations to meeting the challenges of the enemy across the Full Spectrum Operations (FSO). This conference will concentrate on the near-term and future developments required for collaborative U.S. and Coalition forces that are as effective in conducting Overseas Contingency Operations and Irregular Warfare, Conventional Warfare, Homeland Defense, and Cyber Warfare, as they are in Disaster Relief and Humanitarian Assistance.
