Orlando, FL – March 7, 2013. ZelTech Training Solutions, LLC of Winter Park, Florida, has entered into an exclusive marketing and manufacturing license agreement with Koos Technical Services, Inc. (KTS) of Lake Mary, Florida. ZelTech Training Solutions will exclusively provide the KTS Agility Military Radio (AMR) to the worldwide Military Training and Simulation market. Additionally, ZelTech has secured exclusive rights to manufacture the AMR under license to Koos, and plans to produce these radios at its manufacturing facility in Winter Park. KTS designed and developed the AMR, currently in use by the US Army in force on force training at multiple locations within the United States.
Zel Technologies, LLC located in Hampton, Virginia, established ZelTech Training Solutions in Winter Park in May 2011 to focus on military force-on-force and force-on-target training, range instrumentation, battlefield effects, training device technology insertions, and service life extension initiatives. In August 2012, ZelTech Training Solutions won a $35 million contract to produce the next generation Battlefield Effects Simulator for the US Army. In December, it won a Foreign Military Sales award to develop and produce live training Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System (ZMILES) for the Republic of Armenia.
ZelTech’s agreement with Koos Technical Services offers a critical new capability to support live training. It will enhance the connectivity of soldiers during training exercises and assist in replicating the real-world experience they will face in combat.

KTS Wireless “Agility Family” of radios includes, in addition to the AMR, the FCC Certified Agility WhiteSpace Radio (AWR) and the Agility Telemetry Radio (ATR) for narrow band applications.
